We are a start-up that has recently made headlines with the announcement of a collaboration with Porsche. Said that, we were founded as a joint venture by PON and Porsche and are based in Stuttgart, Germany.
The new eBike drive unit which is currently being developed by Porsche eBike Performance will be the heart of each platform we develop, ranging from e-mountain bikes to e-urban bikes.
The collaboration between P2 eBike GmbH and Porsche is an exciting approach in the world of e-mobility. By leveraging Porsche's expertise in design and combining it with P2’s competence about eBike design, the companies are thrilled to create a new generation of high-performance eBikes.

Online application
If you've found a position that excites you, apply with your CV and a convincing letter of motivation. We want to understand who you are, what motivates you and what drives you to become part of our team. Of course, you can also apply for several positions at the same time.
Review of your application
You will receive a confirmation after we have received your application, so give us a little time to read your deocuments carefully. Of course, we will do our best to get back to you as soon as possible.
Interview
If your application convincedus, we look forward to getting to know you better in a first round of digital interviews. You can usually plan around 60 minutes for this; your interview partners will be colleagues from the department and HR.
We are interested in who you are, what you have done so far and why exactly this position and P2 is exciting for you. At the same time, you will have the opportunity to ask all your questions and get to know us better.
If the first round is successful and you and we are still convinced, we go into a second round with an on-site interview.
Contract offer
We usually have several finalists in the last round of interviews. We make the decision for our new team member carefully, which is why it can take a little time.
You will receive our feedback on the decision, whether to accept or reject, as soon as possible. If you are equally positive after the second round, all we need is an offer of employment. With your acceptance, we then only need a few days to draw up your employment contract.
